Welcome to Contacts Management (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By signing up or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind them to these Terms.
3. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials (username, password, etc.).
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscription & Payment
We offer different subscription plans (e.g. Free, Pro, Team, Enterprise). Features and pricing for each plan are as set out on our site.
Payment obligations: for paid plans, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the plan you choose.
Billing: fees are billed in advance and non-refundable (unless expressly stated otherwise).
Changes in pricing or plans: We reserve the right to modify prices or service features. Notice of such changes will be provided in advance, where required by applicable law.
5. Free Accounts / Free Trials
If you use a free account or trial, certain features may be limited.
We may terminate or suspend free accounts at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
6. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes, and not engage in any activity that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Impersonating another person or entity;
Using the Services to violate privacy or intellectual property rights of others;
Uploading harmful code (viruses, malware);
Interfering with the Services or other users’ access;
Collecting or harvesting personal data of others without consent.
7. Content & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the contact data, information, or other content you submit (“Your Content”).
By using our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, modify, and transmit Your Content solely for operating and improving the Services.
All other content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and materials in the Services that are not user-provided are owned by us or our licensors (“Our Content”). You may not copy, distribute, or create derivatives without permission.
8. Data Privacy & Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, including encryption, secure storage, backups, etc.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your data. By using the Services, you consent to those practices.
You are responsible for obtaining any consents needed for data you upload or share via the Services.
9. Limitation of Liability / Disclaimers
Disclaimer of warranties: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past twelve months (or a smaller amount if required by law).

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
Some provisions (like ownership, liability, indemnification) survive termination.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
If we make material changes, we’ll provide notice via the email associated with your account or via the Services. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
